He was SVP & MD of Cognizant’s Information Management and Enterprise Application practice where he headed a $1.5 billion worth business.
Sampath offers enormous banking and fintech proficiency with leadership calibre to Figital. He was with Citi Bank for 16 years and his last held position was Vice President, Treasury & Trade Solutions Manager for Financial Institutions and Fintechs across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. He has hands on experience implementing large scale payment, collections, and trade solutions across Financial Institutions (NBFCs, Insurance companies, Mutual Funds and Small Finance Banks).

As Global Product Manager for wealth segment at Figital, Hari brings a total work experience of 14 years in the financial services industry across Asset management and Wealth management verticals. He is passionate about delivering simplified investor experiences and believes a detailed and fact based approach is essential in helping the clients’ achieve their wealth management objectives.

An avid Cricketer and a go-getter, known for his instant humour. Saranath, is a Banker by profession with proven sales track record with multiple sales accolades, including Global Champions Forum winner for two consecutive years in Citibank NA. As Partnership Head, he is instrumental in building our Partnership network for both Product development and distribution.
The go to person for Finance and Accounting, Ekanathan has all round expertise in managing various areas of financial portfolio management. Having held leadership roles, he has steered teams to run large scale financial initiatives. At Figital, he collaborates with the CFO and CA in serving clients that is spot on with their requirements.
Sathis has extensive product management experience in multiple companies where he has built fintech products across various web and mobile platforms. In his last experience, he has built a B2B2C product from scratch and later scaled it to manage almost 200 million in AUM. He comes with almost 13 years of experience in building software products across various industries with the last 8 years in fintech alone. A passionate product management practitioner - he is extremely customer obssessive and builds products keeping the end-customer in mind. He has a keen eye for data and builds products with one adage in mind - “Products are built with 80% data and 20% intuition”.
A technology enthusiast and IIT Delhi Alumnus, Swati is a mother who re-joined the workforce after a gap. She has past experience of working in embedded systems and networking domain across organizations like Qualcomm and Aricent. Working on newer technologies and exploring the possibilities is her passion. She loves to solve problems, design solutions with a systematic approach, and see the outcome work. The whole process, when technology clicks and solves some of the most complex business needs is oddly satisfying for her.

Naresh was part of the early executive management team at Cognizant and played a crucial role in its transformation across emerging technologies. He was also head of the digital strategy and internal venture incubation at HCL Technologies. He has been credited with architecting and rolling out, pan India, the 108 emergency and health management initiative and its jv with Cisco. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering from India and MS from NJIT, USA. Naresh is an angel investor and cofounding Director at Bee-Hive Ventures, a Singapore based early-stage incubator and advisory. As part of this role, currently he is the CTO and CSO of Neurowyzr, a Singapore based full stack start-up for mental health.
Serial entrepreneur Arvind Parthiban is a man of many talents - marketer, serial entrepreneur, Chelsea-fan, and more. He launched Zarget, a marketing optimization software, in 2014. The rapidly scaling startup was acquired by Freshworks in 2017. His second startup SuperOps.ai, which he co-founded with his Zarget and Freshworks colleague Mr. Jaykumar Karumbasalam, is taking on a very interesting problem—how to revolutionize the way IT and IT service providers work. The company launched its product in January of 2022 and announced a $14-million Series A funding led by marquee investors. The company has in a short time shaken up a market that has seen very little change or innovation in over two decades. Arvind is a sports enthusiast and cricket player.
Swamy, as he is popularly known, has over 4 decades of experience in diverse industries , in India and abroad. He is currently Co-Founder of TAO Automation, a company in the intelligent automation space and CaptiveAide Advisory, a company that assists overseas companies set up/build/manage their back end shared services operations in India. A Chartered Accountant by training, Swamy has donned leadership roles in the Finance and Operations domains in mid & large organizations like Collabera Inc., Mu Sigma Inc., Adea International, ICICI OneSource (now FirstSource) and Planetasia. He has also worked overseas at global companies like Xerox Corporation and KPMG. Swamy currently is the Treasurer and serves on the Governing Board of United Way, Bengaluru. He has also served on the Governing Board of TiE Bengaluru.
